💡 How tier selection works:
Tiers are based on the maximum number of serial numbers your SDP requests from SAQCC over a 12-month membership cycle. Each serial number SAQCC issues counts as one upload, irrespective of programme. If you exceed your tier's allowance during the year you will be invoiced for the upgrade to the next tier on a pro-rata basis — you are not blocked from issuing.

Billing & payment
- Annual invoice. Membership is invoiced once a year on the anniversary of your SAQCC registration approval date.
- Pro-rata for new members. First-year membership is pro-rated from the registration approval date to the end of the SAQCC financial year (31 March).
- Tier upgrades. If your serial-number count exceeds your tier's annual allowance, you are automatically upgraded and invoiced for the difference on a pro-rata basis. You are not blocked from issuing serials.
- Tier downgrades. You can downgrade at the next renewal date if your previous year's count fits a smaller tier.
- Payment. EFT into the SAQCC bank account printed on the invoice. POP must be emailed to accounts@saqcc.org.za.
- Tax invoice. Issued on payment confirmation. SAQCC is a registered VAT vendor.

- Access to the SAQCC Portal (SDP dashboard, learner upload, SOR)
