Apply for SAQCC registration as an accredited SDP authorised to issue competency certificates on the national database.
Verification typically takes 5–10 working days from submission of complete documentation. SAQCC will verify your CIPC, SARS Tax PIN and SETA accreditations.
Required for SAQCC site inspection. Use Google Maps to find your coordinates: right-click on the location and copy the values.
Click the map to place a marker — the lat/lng fields update automatically. You can also drag the marker or type values into the fields above.
For each accreditation letter (QCTO or SETA), capture the authority, accreditation number and expiry, upload the letter once, then list the courses it covers — pick each course from the dropdown. Use + Add another accreditation letter for additional letters.
All marked * must be uploaded for SAQCC to verify your registration. Files are stored securely under POPIA.
📁 Note: per-programme accreditation letters and course outlines are uploaded in section 3a above (one per programme). ISO 9001 / QMS certification details are captured separately in section 6a below.
SAQCC needs the audit-trail for your ISO 9001 (or equivalent QMS) certification — the certificate itself, plus the auditor and audit-company details so the certificate can be verified with the issuing body. All fields in this section are mandatory. If you hold multiple QMS certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, etc.) repeat the block for each by clicking + Add another audit.
Pick the annual membership tier that matches your expected serial-number volume. Full details are on the SDP Membership Fees page.
